Not really no!!

The best and most efficient way is to drag a movieclip Start Drag("mcname") and inside the movieclip on the first frame you have:

set variable:"/:my_x" = _x
set variable:"/:my_y" = _y

then on the second frame put:

Go To And Play(1)
