How many Kb is your .swf?
Are you using a preloader?
To keep a small file size get rid of Keyframes you dont need.
Use .jpeg's in stead of .bmp's or .gif's
labels and comments also increase file size.
test your movie all the time and make sure you select Show Streaming.
