I need help with Mouseovers. Basically, the same problem Bugiman helped me out with, only now I have to do it in Flash 3 format.

The effect is this: After doing a mouseover, I have to make text appear somewhere else on the page, sort of like a help file telling the user what the button does. Any suggestions? NO ACTION SCRIPT! Please, I know how that works, but its Flash 4. Flash 3 only!
