How do i make it so it looks like your looking up at space and then down to the daylight like the haze at the first layer of sky and stuff like that.

Ok well i saw this on a greeting card i got in my hotmail. It shous a little girl and then the view pans upwards to space.
so it goes through a few sections.
1) Girl and stuff on ground
2) Sky
3) Hazey sky
4) Space
5) Stars

I want to do something like that but going the oppsite direction.
