Silhouettes walking and running

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to make silhouettes of people walk and run like in the flash header of this site -- http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv...itorsguide.htm

I've only just started using posing, but it sure can produce some nice effects. Heres a little something I was working on yesterday...

I guess you have a couple of options to create the walking effect.

1) Use poser and create a avi movie and then convert it to a gif file.
2) Use poser and swift and create a file like the above.
