Parental Controls for FF/desktop?
I am re-visiting this because last I posted.. I got some idea (lockdown fox I think it was).. and it works great for the blocking of all downloads..
but for the web surfing its a little 'frustrating'. like if I add www.google.com to the white list (approved list).. the browser prompts you for the password for ALL included resources to make sure it is ok to load.
so images.google or any .js..etc all gets prompted.. even thogh www.google.com is in the white list.
I need something whether its local policy or some 3rd party kiddie control sofware that ONLY onlys the website to go to URLs' in this white list.
only these domains and their resources they pages need to load.
anybody got some ideas?
or anyone got some good links to edit the local policy on an XP Home machine?
If not I suppose I'll look around at them individually.
thanks
