I think 'flaming' is open to interpretation. It is one of the things a moderator needs to decide about, and even stuff like that gets discussed in the team lounge.

I think a professional board should not have a lounge. The forums I am admin for do not.

Rules are for interpretation by responsible people ...and what do you think actually causes popularity? ...your views??? god forbid ...it is about how many people like you ...for whatever reason they do.
